First year – Fees are considered from the date of formation until the 31st December same year
2nd and subsequent years – All annual fees marked above as “/Annual” become due from the 1st January each ear, and are payable until the 31st January

ANNUAL FEES
The Annual Fees are concerned with the following services:
Annual Statutory Fee, which includes:
- Local incorporation agent to provide you all services relating company matters (registered agent facilities);
- Filing statutory returns with official departments, required, to be the company active and alive;
- Liaison with the registered office and the registered agent in the jurisdiction of incorporation, attending to the payment of the Annual Government License Fees and other government fees;
Annual Compliance Fee, which includes:
- Attending to routine compliance matters (inclusive of periodic file reviews), reviewing official correspondence received and other routine matters incidental to good corporate governance;
- Processing and Return Filing with Internal revenue, Registrar of Companies, and other official departments
NOMINEE SERVICES – OPTIONAL
Nominee Services are recommended to those people who wish and require 100% privacy, confidentiality and anonymity as to his relationship with the company. In such case, your name will not appear on the Registrar of Companies, but the nominees' names. You can however manage the company through a P.O.A. which can be issued as per your own verbiage or ours. This is the recommended situation for your specific case.

Remark: In case you will contract our Nominee Services, a Power of Attorney (certified and apostilled) will be provided in the name of the person who will be in charge for the sole Management of the company, i.e., Beneficial Owner, together with following documents:

1. MAIL FORWARDING:
The costs would be Euros 1,495.00/annual (*) (for MAX 24 pieces per year), or more depending on unusual quantity, weights, and frequency of forwarding plus mail costs. A security deposit Euros 200.00 will be required.
(*) If incorporating your IBC with us, annual cost will be just Euros 780.00/annual
2. FAX FORWARDING:
Initial setup: Euros 400.00.
Ongoing fees: Euros 1,450.00/annual, plus fees payable to the telephone company.
We typically establish an account in the name of the client's IBC with the telephone company. A security deposit Euros 500.00 will be required.
The registered agent of your company in the BVI has equipment that will store and forward the faxes to any single pre-programmed number in the world.
3. VOICE SERVICES:
We offer several levels of telephone answering, with varying advantages and costs.
A. Voice to mailbox provided by telephone company: Euros 400.00 setup, Euros 1,450.00/annual plus fees payable to the telephone company (*). Client would be given all codes needed to create greetings and collect messages.
B. Answering machine at the Registered Agent office: Euros 400.00 setup, Euros 1,950.00/annual plus fees payable to the telephone company (*).
C. Live receptionist, with answering machine to cover overnights, weekends, & holidays: Euros 400.00 setup, Euros 2,450.00/annual plus fees payable to the telephone company (*). Receptionist would take a message and then use the client's own phone line to relay the information taken.
D. Call Forwarding: Euros 400.00 setup, Euros 2,960.00/annual plus fees payable to the telephone company (*). The phone line will be installed with permanent forwarding to the client's own voice number and all calls to the BVI number would be delivered there, subject to the local telephone company's applicable long distance charges (*).
(*) A security deposit Euros 500.00 will be required.
4. INSTALLATION TIME:
Installation time for a telephone line in the BVI varies from 2 to 6 weeks.
5. TOLL CHARGES:
Daytime toll charges to North America are US$1.30 per minute. Note that the fee to call most of the world is US$3.50 per minute. Only some other Caribbean points, North America and England are less expensive.
6. BILL PAYMENT:
Note that telephone bill payment may prove difficult logistically, due to the speed of the mails. We would suggest by far the easiest way to do this is by credit card. Cable and Wireless will accept a client's letter requesting to bill a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express account directly for all charges on the telephone line. The bills would be sent to our BVI address and forwarded so for accounting verification purposes. We can be asked to pay it from funds held on account. Our fee to pay the bill is an additional Euros 25.00 per month.

HOW TO START INCORPORATION PROCESS
As to start the incorporation process, we only need an email from you, with your order, confirming the required optional services, if any. A Proforma invoice will then be delivered to you with our banking coordinates so that you may settle payment by swift wire bank transfer.
DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED
1 - In case you do not contract our Nominee Services, we need you to provide us the names of the persons who will be appointed by you as shareholder and Director for the company. We shall need scanned copy of passports and Utility Bill as proof of address.
Remark – Please note that a BC can have the Shareholder acting simultaneously as the Company’s Director, which means that you by yourself, or any corporation of yours, can have this company incorporated, not needing anyone else. You can also appoint as many shareholders and directors as you wish.
2 - In case you will contract our Nominee Services, it will be required the same documents but just of your person, as the Beneficial Owner of the company, as its attorney, to enable us to issue the Power of Attorney in your behalf.
3 - Also 3 – 4 alternative names will be required to enable us to make the name search and approval for the company.
