HOW TO START INCORPORATION PROCESS
We only need an email from you, with your order, confirming the required optional services, if any. A Proforma invoice will then be delivered to you with our banking coordinates so that you may settle payment by swift wire bank transfer.
DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION REQUIRED
We shall need copy of passport and full address of all Anstalt or Foundation Members, if to be appointed by you.
In case you will contract our Nominee Services, we shall need a copy of your passport only, as a beneficial Owner, to enable us to issue a certified Power of Attorney in you behalf.
2 or 3 alternative names as you would like the Anstalt or Foundation to be called, for our name search and approval.
