How to implement the right Tax Structure
Step by Step
(a) Incorporating an entity outside UK – Limited Liability Company with Offshore Members and Managers, where your name does not appear on the registration files on the Company, for tax purposes;

(b) Changing an eventual existing Agreement with the UK company and replacing it for a new one, where the other Party (you) will be your “offshore” LLC – an International Business Company incorporated under a favourable tax environment;

(c) You will start rendering your services to your LLC, which will produce the new Agreement with the UK company (your ex-employer), while the LLC will start invoicing the UK Company for its rendering services;

(d) The UK Company pays the LLC (not your person) by wire transfer to the bank where the corporate (LLC) account has been open (for example, in Austria, Switzerland, or even in offshore);

(e) You establish a 2nd Services Agreement with the LLC, where all terms will be drafted, including your remuneration from the LLC, and not from the UK company;

(f) This remuneration, thus declared on the Agreement, will be the monthly or periodically amount you will have to declare to your UK Inland Revenue, and pay respective taxation.
