Remarks:
(1) The above fees are for standard locations, and can change depending on each specific required location - Consult us for a specific quote.
(2) Possibility for telephone services, to get all calls diverted to your land or mobile number outside the selected location - Consult us for a specific quote.
(3) All incoming faxes will be forwarded to you, as per your instructions; fees above consider delivery of all faxes on a daily basis, on PDF format to your designated email account. For re-forwarding to a specific fax number outside the selected location - Consult us for a specific quote.
USAGE FEES
MAIL FORWARDING FEES
Euros 2.50 per piece forwarded plus postage costs; there are additional charges if extra paperwork is required, for example customs forms, commercial invoices, express mail, etc.
Special agreements can be met in terms of regularity of delivery and mode of delivery.
FAX FORWARDING FEES
Fax received – Euros 1.00
Fax re-forwarded (on PDF format) – Euros 2.00/fax independently of the number of pages
Fax re-forwarded into another fax number abroad:
1st page – Euros 2.00
Next pages – Euros 1.00/page
VOICEMAIL FORWARDING FEES
No extra charges - voice mail messages will be directly delivered to your nominated email address free of charge, on Real Time.
REMARK
We prefer to handle documents only, in packages weighting under 4lbs. No Merchandise.
1. All charges and rates as per our Price List refer exclusively to a period of one year (renewable).
2. Telephone and Fax lines are provided in more than 120 international cities in 27 countries, in USA, Caribbean, Asia, Australia and Western Europe.
3. As to mail re-forwarding, in case it will exceed 18 pieces per annum, or in case we come to receive packets of huge weight, costs relating to these services will have to be reviewed, case by case.
4. We reserve the right to change the postal address, within the same country, since with a pre-advise of 30 days and notification to the client.
